I would like to thank you for the wonderful tour . It was well organised and very good value for money. The hotel we stayed in was very clean ,a good breakfast and the facility that you can drink hot beverage all day long was something we never experienced any where else.I will definitely book other tours with you and will highly recommend you .

Hi Kercem Tours It was a fantastic tour well organised for the visits to very interesting sites both in Budapest and Vienna .The accommodation was good nothing to complain very close to the city centre . From the first meeting till the last moment we spent together, it was perfect. Everything organised and everyone kept their timings. The atmosphere was a warm one. The excursions were all explained and the information given by the tour leader and tour guide were very interesting and informative. The driver was very kind and helpful and drove very well showing his expertise especially round corners or speed bumps. Always slowing down and driving ever so carefully. Had so much fun. New experiences like the hot air balloon before sun rise. The feeling is out of this world. Another new experience was the fun run with the quad bikes. Another new experience for me was the camel ride in the middle of the desert. Had a great holiday with the eight wonderful tour people. What started as a holiday that you curse the moment that you booked this holiday. This was all with hotels issues. Every hotel we’ve been in had issues. Mind you it was as if we had a dark cloud over us, but the experience of a professional tour leaders for our tour in Turkey Mehmet and the backbone of Kercem A tour’s LORRAINE managed to turn our holiday into an opportunity to meet new friends whom after turned to be like family. This happened only because of Lorraine who left a mark in our hearts not to let any issue big or small (ours weren’t small) destroy our holiday. We laughed, we joked, we spoked about our problems and Lorraine was always in the center of every conversation. She is one tough cookie she can handle anything. Both myself and my wife Grace ( Carmen for Lorraine😂) had one of our best holidays since we started holidaying. With all the ups and downs we had in all the hotels we stayed in. I am not going to mention any as it was to much to bear but thanks to Lorraine she turned our holiday into our Second honeymoon , with fun, laughter and joy. This goes also for your Turkish representative Mehmet. A very intelligent, patient person and very professional with all the group.
If I am asked if I would like to have an other chance to use Kercem A tours for my holiday I would say definitely yes as long as Lorraine is my tour guide. As an advice from a person who has worked in hotels for more than 42 years I suggest that hotels inspection are a must for a company like yours so that it can build a good reputation with clients. You were very lucky to have Lorraine as she went the extra mile and more to to exceed my expectation. Thanks to her I never lost my patience and took things in a very positive way. Thank you for your service and support. Definitely I will use Kercem for my next holiday after the ones I have booked.
